Pulse second parner meeting

The second partner meeting took place in Rotterdam. The partners discussed the content and the initial draft of the methodology and made plans for developing of Curriculum of Pulse training course. Workshops have been organised for elaborating/formulating descriptors of communication and language competences for nurses identified for successful practice of a nurse abroad.

Two Dutch associate partners took part in the workshops in their capacity of stakeholders. The first associate partner named “Zuster in huis” has many years of experience in recruiting and selecting foreign caregivers for care and home help, the second organisation TMI is an expert in recruitment of nurses from different countries. Both organisations provide trainings for nurses and expressed their high interest in Pulse products, they shared the opinion that the project concept meets the immediate needs of nurses and employers abroad and showed their readiness to exploit the project results
